What is the OnTRACK program?

OnTRACK helps patients get the most out of their SYNVISC®/Synvisc-One® experience through providing comprehensive information and guidance on how to manage OA-associated pain. Members are also eligible for up to $50 in rebates per purchase of SYNVISC®/Synvisc-One®.
